What the app does

tna-meet records your meetings and produces the meeting notes, ready to review once the conversation is over. Recording and transcription happen on your Mac. Writing the notes is handled by the service you choose in the app: on your Mac, on a server of your company or with an online provider. Your meetings and notes are kept on your Mac.

Optional Google connection

You can connect your Google account in the app settings. tna-meet then reads, read-only, the events of your Google account’s primary calendar that you own, for two purposes:

• suggest the title and participants of the meeting you are recording, which you confirm or correct;
• show your upcoming meetings, to remind you of them, help you prepare them and summarize your day.

tna-meet never writes to your calendar and never reads the description, location or attachments of your events. Without a Google connection, the app works the same way: you type the title and participants yourself.

Your data

No Google data is sent to TheNewAgent.ai. What the app reads, keeps and shares, and how to remove its access, are described in our privacy policy, section “tna-meet and your Google data”.
